We are looking for a technically savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results.

Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as onboarding customers, maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales and minimizing churn.

They should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers, help them with issues and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide a proactive strategy with your assigned customer accounts.
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging act effectively and finding value in our services.
  • Become an acta expert and educate customers on the use and benefits of acta’s tools.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to product management and engineering.
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal and account growth.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our processes.

Qualities we look for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, customer success, customer support or account management.
  • Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Great copywriting skills
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true ream player
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies
  • Well-organised, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Industry experience is a great but not essential
