CT businesses helping students take college shortcuts

After high school, Mohameth Seck enrolled in college. But he dropped out in his sophomore year to spend time developing an app.

“I was taking classes that weren’t really interesting me,” said Seck, now 25, who wanted to work in tech. “I was, like, ‘I have to wait four years to get to that point I want to get to?’”
